Kantar TNS has promoted Amy Cashman to the role of UK Managing Director, following Will Galgey's promotion to CEO of Kantar's Insights division in the UK and Ireland.
Cashman (pictured) began her career as a graduate trainee and Junior Researcher at Infratest Burke, prior to its acquisition by NFO. She then joined NFO Retail, before the NFO group was taken over by TNS, and has since worked for TNS in a number of roles, including most recently, MD, Financial Services & Technology. Earlier, she was MD of Client Services and MD of TNS Technology.
In her new role, reporting to Galgey, Cashman will provide overall leadership to the UK teams with responsibility for client relationships, talent management and financial performance. Galgey's new UK and Ireland role involves overall responsibility for the performance of Kantar TNS and Kantar Millward Brown.
Commenting on the promotion, Galgey said: 'Amy has a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and developing talent within Kantar. I am confident that under Amy's leadership Kantar TNS UK will continue to go from strength to strength'.
