Reimagine Acquires Vindale Panel

February 5 2018

Consumer insights and marketing services umbrella Reimagine Holdings Group, the parent of Critical Mix and MarketSight, has acquired the Vindale Research Panel and its parent company SayForExample, Inc.

John AlmeidaVindale has offered MR panel acquisition and services since 2006, and boasts a deeply-profiled, highly-engaged panel, incentivised by a rewards scheme. The community covers the US, the UK, Canada and Australia.

Reimagine was formed to acquire and invest in 'growth-oriented, technology-enabled service companies', and has more than $100m available for acquisitions. A year ago it acquired online survey analytics and reporting software specialist MarketSight for an undisclosed sum, and in April last year it invested in MR software firm Remesh. It has recently strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Dan Fitzgerald, previously Chief Client and Marketing Officer at Lightspeed as Managing Partner.

Reimagine co-founder and Managing Partner John Almeida (pictured) says of the latest buy: 'The addition of the Vindale Panel strengthens Reimagine's portfolio of technology enabled insights companies and offers the opportunity to broaden our consumer acquisition and data creation capabilities; both among multiple portfolio companies as well as a separate operating business'.

Nate Ehrich, Vindale founder and CEO, comments: 'We are delighted to become part of the Reimagine family. Together we can jointly accelerate success for advertisers, publishers, consumers and insights professionals'.
