UK agency ResearchBods has moved to newly refurbed offices in Queen Street, Leeds, which offer double the space of the firm's previous office in Whitehall Waterfront.Established in 2011 by Robin Hilton and Jonathan Clough, ResearchBods offers three key solutions: Insight Communities, Access Panels and Experience & Journey programmes. In November, the firm announced ten hires, including half a dozen additions to its in-house development and operations team, to meet increased demand for its insight and behavioural tracking tools. Since then, there have been eleven new hires, including Head of Community Management Stuart Jones, who previously worked at Rakuten in Germany, and now oversees a team of eight in-house Community Managers, driving the strategic direction of the offering.
The new space incorporates a large open plan area for desks, plus booths and glass fronted meeting rooms. A separate break out space has been created to include the kitchen, picnic benches, table tennis and pool table, and the firm says the addition of a tiered seating area, used for staff meetings and presentations, makes it an ideal space for hosting events.
Says Clough: 'With new starters joining every month it was important to find a space that we could grow into. We wanted to integrate our data and technology specialists with our insight and strategy teams to create a seamless workflow. The open plan layout encourages hot desking and allows staff to collaborate, share ideas and refine processes more easily. Being in the new space is a fantastic way to start 2018 and will pave the way for the year ahead'.
