Data-driven performance marketing agency Merkle has promoted Margaret Wagner for the newly created role of Executive Vice President, Growth Officer for the EMEA region - based in London.
Dentsu Aegis-owned Merkle employs around 1,300 employees at its fourteen offices in five countries across the EMEA region. Wagner (pictured) has more than twenty years' experience in data and digital marketing and agency operations. She joined Merkle in 2015 as Senior Vice President, having previously been responsible for RAPP UK's sales and marketing. Prior to this, she headed up business development for Wunderman UK, and held senior roles at RSCG Worldwide and Brann Worldwide.
In her new position, she will be responsible for driving leadership of new and existing client accounts, while helping existing clients use solutions such as performance media, marketing technology, analytics, customer experience and CRM. She will also be tasked with leading Merkle's EMEA new business opportunities, including those in combination with Dentsu Aegis Network (DAN).
