Dialsmith, developer of the focus group testing device Perception Analyzer, has promoted Eric Alzuhn to SVP and Head of Day-to-Day Operations, taking over from founder and CEO David Paull who will now lead the company's Engagious venture.Portland, Oregon-based Dialsmith develops products and services for research, audience engagement and live event polling. The firm's Perception Analyzer hand-held device is used for a variety of research studies such as TV ad testing and public opinion research.
Alzuhn (pictured) joined in 2009 as Director, Business Development, and has spent the last five years as Vice President / Client Services. Paull has moved to focus on Engagious, which was launched in February, following the merger of Dialsmith with research-based communications consultancy Presentation Testing.
In addition, Dialsmith has hired Amanda Paull as Vice President, Marketing; and Cindy Ng as Director, Projects & Client Services; while promoting Clinton Godeke to Director, Projects & Client Services; Greg Treat to Director, Projects & Client Services; and Brian Izenson to Director, Marketing & Business Development.
