India-based survey technology and sample provider Global Survey has launched a second office in Mumbai, which will serve as the company's client service headquarters.Founded in 2009, Global Survey provides mobile technology and an SaaS platform for consumer and business research. Services include MR outsourcing, survey programming, global data collection and processing, panel services, reporting and data visualization, and project management, and the company also offers access to a nine million-member global panel.
The new Mumbai office, which is led by Head of Global Survey India, Shailendra Rai (pictured), will create 50 new jobs by the end of 2019, including project managers, survey scripters and data processors. Commenting on the expansion, founder Mayank Bhanushali said: 'It is wonderful to have a new office in Mumbai, the financial capital of India, as it is the first step to expand globally. We are making an effort to come out from being known only as a panel company to become a true one-stop shop for our clients, to serve their each and every requirement'.
