Starcom Australia Beefs Up Senior CX Team

Ad agency Starcom Australia has increased its focus on CX measurement with the creation of three new national leadership team roles helping to deliver 'ROE' - 'Return on Experience' for clients.

Starcom says it has evolved the way it works with clients in the light of analysis suggesting 'ROE' is key in brand choice.

The three appointments are Simone Galletly as National Planning Director, rejoiner Stu Carr as National Head of Measurement and Nancy Lan, promoted to National commercial Partnerships Director.

Galletly was previously Global Strategy Director at parent company Publicis Groupe, based in London, and brings more than fifteen years' experience working in media in London and Singapore.

Carr joined Starcom in 2012 and was National Director, Data and Analytics before moving to the parent company. Lan has more than ten years' industry experience from work in Sydney, London and Shanghai, much of it for Zenith. Lan joined Starcom last year as Sydney Agency Director.

The three join the national leadership team and will report to Starcom Australia CEO, Toby Barbour. Quoted in Australian publication www.bandt.com , Barbour states: 'The findings from our 2018 Media Futures report, the only study of its kind that uses a combination of consumer and industry research with marketers and media owners, has evolved our focus for client investment.
