Feldhaeuser to Lead Infotools Services Division

In New Zealand, MR tools and software provider Infotools has transferred Horst Feldhaeuser to the newly created role of Group Services Director, leading its recently integrated global Services Division.

With an HQ in Auckland and additional offices in the US, Argentina, Australia, the UK and South Africa, Infotools focuses on converting marketing research data into a 'knowledge bank', through which clients can investigate, visualise and create stories. Feldhaeuser (pictured) joined in 2014 as Group Client Director, having previously worked at data-focused marketing technology provider Potentiate as Head of Client Services. Prior to this, he was Director of Ipsos ASI, and National Financial Services Director at Synovate, where he earlier served as Research Director in Auckland.

He will now lead the consolidated Services team, following the departure of Patricio Pagani, who has moved to an artificial intelligence role in academia.
