In Australia, marcoms group WPP AUNZ has launched a panel management service called Research Profile. As part of the initiative, the firm has hired former Research Now exec Spike Games as Business Development Director.The new Research Profile service will manage Qantas Loyalty's research panel Red Planet, which consists of a cross-section of its twelve million Frequent Flyer members, opted in to receive and complete market research surveys in return for Qantas Points.
