Directions Launches Dedicated Tech Solutions Group

In the US, Directions Research has launched a dedicated Technology Solutions group which will manage all aspects of data flow, from programming and sampling to internal and client-facing data management software.

The firm, which is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio with regional offices around the country, provides research across a broad range of sectors from CPG and financial services to pharma and telecoms. Its new Technology Solutions group will be co-led by recently promoted Phillip Thrash, SVP, Head of Technology; Jim Linz, VP, Business Intelligence and Technology; and Mike Herrel, Director of Development. Thrash joined Directions as its fifth employee in 1989.
