US-based online survey specialist SoGoSurvey has launched an employee experience solution, promising organizations a picture of the 'complete employee journey'.

Founded by brothers Suhail and Hamid Farooqui, SoGoSurvey's platform features secure collaboration, guaranteed anonymity, in-depth reporting and real-time alerts. The firm also provides an enterprise version of its DIY survey software, allowing organizations to create, launch and analyze their own online or mobile surveys; and a customer experience version, to help businesses measure and explore the relationships between customer satisfaction, customer effort, and customer loyalty.
