Marcoms network Dentsu Aegis has agreed to acquire Buenos Aires-based digital performance marketing agency Global Mind S.A., which will then be aligned with its iProspect brand.
Established in 2001, Global Mind's offer includes data and analytical services as well as creative, media planning and buying, and social media management. Its team of 125 is split between offices in Buenos Aires and Miami, and provides specialized services throughout Latin America. Revenue for the calendar year 2017 was Argentine Peso 327m ($US 12.0m).

Global Mind's size, capabilities and leadership team will be critical in scaling Argentina as an important regional hub, allowing us to expand our best-in-class services and markedly accelerate our growth across the region'.
Global Minds co-founder and CEO Marcelo Montefiore will now serve as CEO of iProspect Argentina, reporting jointly to Juan Pedro McCormack, CEO, DAN Argentina and Philippe Seignol, President of iProspect, Latin America. The merger will triple the size of iProspect's staff in Argentina.
