New York-based SIS International Research has opened a 'Beauty Innovation Consulting' division, offering a range of idea generation, product testing, go-to-market strategy and consulting services to beauty, health and wellness sector clients.
SIS, which also has locations in London, Los Angeles, Frankfurt and Shanghai, offers services ranging from opinion, satisfaction and loyalty research to segmentation, competitive intelligence and usability testing. Last week, the firm launched new services including video ethnography interviews and online research communities, and opened a Digital Transformation Unit to focus on creating innovative new offers.
The new Beauty division will provide access to hard-to-reach audiences - including affluent high net worth individuals (HNWIs), beauty influencers, cosmetic artists and beauty salon owners - via beauty influencer insight online communities, focus groups and in-home product testing. This service will also offer access to a wholly-owned product testing facility in the heart of Manhattan.
