Big Sofa Hires Former Client for NA Client Service Role

UK-based video analytics firm Big Sofa has appointed CPG industry exec and former client Dorothy White as its Client Service Director in North America.

The firm - in which Ipsos became an investor in March this year - recently launched a solution called Video Observer, which uses automated technology to analyse in-home and in-store behaviour captured 'anywhere in the world, at scale and in near real time'. White (pictured) joins with extensive experience in consumer and shopper research, having held roles at Mars, Kraft, PepsiCo, P&G, and most recently as Global Director of Customer Strategy and Insights at SC Johnson. She was previously a Big Sofa client and says she has experienced first-hand how effective the firm's tech can be in transforming insight studies.

In her new role, White will focus on expanding Big Sofa's global reach.
