Eyeota Adds Home-Moving Data from TwentyCi

August 20 2018

Audience data specialist Eyeota has partnered with property-focused data science firm TwentyCi, and will offer qualified audiences to those targeting UK consumers at key stages of home-moving or by type of home ownership.

Aaron JacksonTwentyCi collects data from 'a wide range of multiple GDPR-compliant sources' on the events in consumer lives which act as purchase triggers, including moving home, having a baby, buying a car or retiring. The firm says it tracks sales across 99.6% of the UK property market, using more than 4,000 different data points, and covers the entire house purchasing cycle, including pre-movers, move planners, nest builders and homemakers. Eyeota, founded in 2010, has partnerships with multiple research firms including YouGov, GfK, Kantar Media and Ipsos, as well as other companies such as Oracle. The firm offers access to '4 billion unique profiles' of consumers in Europe, APAC and the Americas, based on third party audience data.

By teaming up, the firms say they will match TwentyCi's data with Eyeota's online profiles without exposing any personal data - and make programmatic ads available based on the property information.

TwentyCi Director of Digital Solutions Paul Hickey says, 'We have seen that audiences at significant home-moving stages have a higher propensity to spend on categories such as auto, retail and finance. TwentyCi is very excited to partner with Eyeota to connect brands and marketers to this potentially high-spending audience'. Aaron Jackson (pictured), Eyeota's MD EMEA comments: 'In the last 12 months, we have observed a 3.3x growth in demand for real estate audiences in our marketplace',

Eyeota was founded in 2010 and has offices in two cities in Europe, three in the US and four in Asia / Australia. Web site: www.eyeota.com .
