Stockholm-based brand tracking researcher Nepa has opened a Global Sports division and appointed sports management professional Steve Livingstone as Practice Lead.Nepa builds online panels for quant surveys through its ActionHub platform, and combines surveys with behavioural and business data to offer a rounded picture to clients. It also conducts online qual, combining it with technologies that collect real-time data at the moment of purchase, consumption or viewing to understand the customer experience.
Based in the US, Livingstone (pictured) joins with more than 25 years' experience working with sports organizations in roles including MD and General Manager of the National Football League, Sports Management Consultant for the US Soccer Federation and MD of Copa America's Orlando venue. He is also a Senior Consultant for Celtic Football Club.
As leader of Nepa's new Global Sports division, Livingstone will help professional sports teams and leagues improve their bottom lines.
