Questback Names UK General Manager

Enterprise feedback management specialist Questback has promoted John Wilkinson to the role of UK General Manager.

John WilkinsonQuestback, which began in 2000 as a Norwegian survey tech firm and merged with German panel and survey software firm Globalpark seven years ago, offers a complete feedback system for employee, customer and other market research. As well as the UK, which has reported a 38% growth in revenues for the first half of 2018, the firm has operations in the USA, and Central Europe.

Wilkinson, who joined in December, has more than 25 years' experience gained in senior positions in the technology sector including Head of Commercial Business at WorldPay UK; Global VP, Analytics Ecosystem & Channels at SAP; Group COO and & Global Head of Sales, Board International; and VP Channels, EMEA at Veritas Technologies. Since his appointment he has been working with the firm's global senior management team to restructure the UK go-to-market model in order to increase growth, both through partners and direct sales.
