New Zealand-based MR software and services provider Infotools has appointed long-time industry exec John Bird as EVP Client Development, to represent the business in North America and build international relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.With its HQ in Auckland and offices in the US, Australia, the UK and South Africa, Infotools focuses on making research data available for clients to investigate, visualise and create stories. Bird joins with 30 years' experience working on both B2B and B2C research programs in the consumer packaged goods and technology industries, including at Frito-Lay and PepsiCo.
More recently, he was SVP at MR reporting platform Dapresy, after working for enterprise data and analytics solutions specialist Annik (since acquired by Liquidhub) as Senior Partner, Global Research Practice. Earlier, he spent nearly twelve years at Kantar TNS, latterly as SVP and Global Account Director, and he worked for Greenfield Online at start-up.
