In New York, local audience data specialist Eyeota has hired Howard Luks for the newly created role of Senior Vice President, Data Products and Partnerships.
Eyeota offers access to '3.5 billion unique profiles' of consumers in Europe, APAC and the Americas, based on third party audience data. Earlier this year, the firm raised $12.5m in a Series B round of funding, part of which it is using to support product development and expand its team.
Luks joins with a background in the advertising technology and data industry, with a focus on international business strategy, global account management and team development. Most recently, he was Director of International Business Development at Oracle Data Cloud, where he implemented the firm's data supply strategies across Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and Asia Pacific. He also held roles at Acceleration and BlueKai (acquired by Oracle), where he managed business development initiatives and client accounts.
