In the UK, technology-led online research specialist FlexMR has launched an integrated platform called InsightHub, bringing together its range of existing research tools and services.
Headquartered in the Lake District, with an additional office in the US, FlexMR was launched by research company Intersperience in 2013, and offers a fully integrated qual and quant SaaS online and mobile research platform, as well as a multi-language software product supported by its insight professionals. The new InsightHub is an evolution of its online research offering. Supported by a console, the platform will be available in four base configurations, each of which can be built on with ten research tools. Every configuration is supplied with secure hosting, data security compliance checks, custom branding, a unique URL and twelve hours of dedicated support.
Features include 'Project', offering a customisable space for short-term or ongoing research schedules; 'Community', delivering a stream of insight from social media, blogging, news feeds, and the firm's ForumMR, Quick PollMR and OpenPollMR tools; and 'Panel', which provides on demand insight from a pool of opted-in and fully profiled participants. The new platform also offers a 'Community Panel' for qual and quant insight at scale. In addition, FlexMR has re-structured its service model to complement the new platform, with Help Desk and Client Success teams created to provide support, training and onboarding.
CTO Neil Bartley (pictured) comments: 'The research industry is full of fragmented technology that creates barriers for researchers and adds complexity. By integrating a broad range of research tools into a single space, InsightHub streamlines research processes and leaves insight professionals free to focus on delivering results rather than overcoming practical challenges'.
