SurveyGizmo Names New Chief Executive

In the US, insights platform SurveyGizmo has appointed former Accenture Partner David Roberts as CEO. He replaces co-founder Christian Vanek, who has moved into the role of Chief Product Officer.

Founded in 2006, Boulder, Colorado-based SurveyGizmo offers software for the creation and distribution of online surveys. Roberts (pictured) most recently served as CEO of ReedGroup, a technology and outsourcing provider of health and absence solutions. Before this, he was Chief Services Officer for the City and County of Denver, having previously been the founding member of Accenture's Customer Relationship Management practice.

In his new role, Roberts will draw on decades of management, SaaS software and enterprise customer experience. Bill Flagg, Executive Chairman, comments: 'We are fortunate to have someone of David's caliber and experience join us to lead SurveyGizmo. We are at a critical stage in our growth and we need the experienced leadership to take advantage of the opportunities ahead of us. David is a strong leader who is customer and employee focused'.
