In the US, real estate industry software and analytics firm RealPage has acquired family housing sector analytics company LeaseLabs in a reported $103m deal.Headquartered in San Diego, California, LeaseLabs also offers geo-targeting, e-mail marketing, creative content design and social media marketing, along with SEO and web site development. Through the acquisition, it will add RealPage solutions, such as marketing content, content management, and digital rights management; and the combined offering will be branded as the 'Go Direct Marketing Suite'.
The acquisition is RealPage's sixth deal since January 2017, with previous buys including apartment market data firm Axiometrics. Jon Pastor (pictured), RealPage SVP Consumer Solutions, comments: 'We are excited to welcome the LeaseLabs team and to combine the unique strengths of both platforms. RealPage combined with LeaseLabs creates a powerful marketing platform that will allow owners and operators to 'Go Direct' with their advertising and marketing spend, thereby increasing the number of qualified leads, accentuating their brand and reducing overall marketing costs'.
