In the US, Kantar and experience management solutions firm Qualtrics have expanded their partnership to provide employee experience insights. The deal combines Qualtrics' Employee Experience (EX) solution with consulting and expertise from Kantar TNS.Previously focused mainly on customer experience, the partnership now uses the EX software, which helps improve employee engagement and productivity across the entire employee life cycle. Kantar will offer its consulting expertise as it introduces Qualtrics' technology to its employee experience customers, while extending the combination of technology and expertise to the broader customer and employee experience markets.
John Torrey, Chief Corporate Development Officer at Qualtrics, says the move meets the needs of organizations which must improve the experiences for employees and customers across the entire lifecycle to gain a deep understanding of the experiences people want. Stephen DiMarco, Chief Digital Officer Insights Division at Kantar, adds: 'Our combined offering will help organizations identify, optimize and activate employee insights for lasting engagement and maximum return'.
