In the UK, full service agency Boxclever has appointed former Nielsen exec Emma McInnes as Quantitative Research Director, based primarily in London.
Leeds-based Boxclever was set up in 2010 by Kathryn Boxall, Sam Gardner and Claire Boorman, who previously headed Nunwood's Global Insight, Analytics and Activation divisions respectively. Specialist areas include proposition development and pricing, brand strategy, customer experience, segmentation and marketing effectiveness.
McInnes (pictured) joins with twenty years of experience translating research into business intelligence. She spent the last nearly seven years at Nielsen, latterly in the dual role of Global Client Business Partner for a financial services client, and leading strategy and proposition development for Nielsen's new and emerging industries in Europe. Prior to this, she worked for Synovate in the UAE as Head of Financial Services Research and Regional Research Director (CEE/MENA), having begun her career with five years at Sample Surveys Research Group.
Commenting on the appointment, Boxall said: 'We are really excited to welcome Emma to the team. Her experience in servicing large scale, global projects and understanding of data linkage and integration really helps us leverage our positioning as a core insight partner to some of the best insight teams and their stakeholders'.
