UK marketing services group St. Ives has changed its name to Kin and Carta plc (Kin + Carta), following the disposal of its legacy printing and publishing businesses and its focus on digital services.
St Ives includes a number of marketing services businesses, including consumer and MR consultancy Incite, retail and consumer specialist Pragma, and digital marketing agency Realise. Earlier this year, the group merged three of its businesses - Response One, Amaze One and Occam - to create a new agency combining data science and marketing technology, with a focus on the intelligent application of data.
Described as a 'global digital transformation business', Kin + Carta relaunches with a new operating model called 'The Connective', facilitating collaboration across a global network of 1,500 technologists, strategists and creatives in eleven offices around the world. CEO J Schwan (pictured) comments: 'The launch today of Kin + Carta sets the seal on the old St Ives. We are now a digital transformation business with a growing number of the world's leading companies as clients.'
