In his new role, Carbone will use his years of CX industry experience to bring Voxpopme's CX solution to new markets, across a variety of brands, partners and consulting firms. He will report directly to CEO Dave Carruthers, who comments: 'Jon brings an incredible passion to the evolution of customer experience and we're counting on his expertise to help us disrupt the CX industry with VideoCX. We're thrilled to have him on-board'.
