In London, consumer insights and consulting agency MindMover has launched a new AI-powered self-serve platform called QuMind, giving access to a suite of quant and qual research tools.
The company was formed in 1999 and known as Tpoll until 2015. The new launch, QuMind, provides a single interface for compiling and managing quant and qual projects, and saves the need to transfer data between platforms, with potential benefits for security.
CEO and founder Mark Ursell says the platform has been 'developed over the past fifteen years and is a truly integrated platform designed by researchers for researchers'. The launch follows a series of large client acquisitions in the past eighteen months.
QuMind Director, Alan Hargreaves (pictured) says the platform offers 'a user friendly interface covering live chat, bulletin boards, interactive surveys, analysis, insight and community management tools, as well as access to global online sample'.
