In the UK, predictive modelling specialist Brightblue Consulting has appointed Sky's former
Head of Market Mix Modelling Jamie Gascoigne, as a Director.Established in 2012, London-based Brightblue offers marketing mix modelling services including data understanding and visualisation, category and market analysis, and portfolio and market allocation. Gascoigne (pictured) joins with more than fifteen years' marketing analytics experience. He spent the past more than five years at broadcaster Sky, where he set up the company's econometric modelling function, growing the team from two to more than twenty full-time employees. Prior to this, he was Head of Analytics at Dentsu Aegis Network (Aegis Media aevolve), running its Analytics team, covering econometrics, segmentation and analysis of customer-level and survey data.
In his new role, Gascoigne will lead on senior recruitment, drawing on the skills he gained building the team at Sky. He will also work directly with Brightblue's portfolio of clients across all major industry sectors.
