Harris Interactive Expands Financial Services Team

In the UK, full-service agency Harris Interactive has appointed former CIE Engagement Director Mark Hirst as Financial Services Research Director.

Mark HirstHarris Interactive focuses on customer experience, brand and new product development. Hirst (pictured) joins after more than eight years at Chime Insight & Engagement Group (CIE), where as Engagement Director he worked with clients to help them make best use of their investment in research programmes and activity. Before this, he worked in a number of roles at the Post Office/Royal Mail Group, including spending eight years in the Client Insight team in positions such as Senior Customer Analysis Manager and Customer Segmentation Manger.

In his new role, Hirst will use his experience to help clients make strategic business decisions - particularly in the consumer digital space - working alongside Financial Services Research Sector Head Michael Worledge and Research Director Vicky Whiting. He will report to Worledge, who comments: 'We're very excited to have Mark join the Financial Services team. His sector expertise, client and agency experience, ability to tell a story and embed research into clients' businesses will be of real benefit to our clients'.
