Research-based consultancy Whitman Insight Strategies (WINS) has appointed Madison Ulczak as an Analyst and promoted Adam Math to the role of Vice President.Founded in 2001, the firm helps clients win elections, 'issues' and market share. Ulczak joins from expert witness sourcing platform The Expert Institute where she worked as an Analyst. Math joined six years ago from Nielsen, and most recently served as Senior Director, leading the design and management of qual and quant research engagements in the US and abroad, including brand equity and tracking research, audience segmentation, concept and advertising testing, and surveys for public release.
