CoreLogic Buys Digital Data Capture Firm HomeVisit

In the US, residential property sector analytics and solutions provider CoreLogic has acquired HomeVisit, which offers a range of digital data capture capabilities. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

HomeVisit's portfolio of marketing-focused real estate solutions includes property listing photography, videography, 3D modelling and drone imagery. CoreLogic says these services will be combined with its own portfolio, which includes data to develop predictive decision analytics and a database of financial information used for mortgage and automotive credit reporting, valuation, and geospatial analytics and services.

Frank Martell (pictured), CoreLogic President and CEO, comments: 'The combination of CoreLogic and HomeVisit is highly synergistic and allows us to continue to grow and expand the HomeVisit product suite on a national scale. At the same time, the addition of HomeVisit will allow us to further augment our digital data capture capabilities'.
