US-based data collection provider Schlesinger Group has partnered with Civicom Marketing Research Services to enhance their web-enabled qual services for the MR community.
Civicom staff conduct audio and video in-depth interviews (IDIs) and focus groups, and manage complex stimuli for researchers. The firm says this includes any number of respondents, even in the most remote regions of the world, with or without webcams and 24/7. It also provides in-home or remote location ethnography backed by full tech support.
The partnership will focus primarily on Civicom facilitating web-enabled in-depth interviews and focus groups, while Schlesinger Group will provide recruiting services to ensure the best respondents for study participation.
