In London, global insight and innovation consultancy Brand Genetics has appointed consumer insights specialist Fiona Barnett as a Director, bringing additional consulting skills to the team.Brand Genetics, which also has an office in São Paulo and is planning further geographical expansion, studies human motivations to help clients identify emerging customer needs that will drive growth, while spotting innovation opportunities. Its team is drawn from multiple disciplines such as brand strategy, insight, client side marketing, management consultancy, psychology, neuroscience and fashion.
Barnett (pictured) joins after eighteen years at creative brand strategy consultancy Big Green Door, where she was Associate Strategy Director. Prior to this she spent eight years at ad agency AMV BBDO as Board Account Planner, having begun her career at Ipsos MORI.
