Independently-owned Sydney-based research and brand strategy consultancy Pollinate has expanded to Melbourne, where it has appointed former GfK, Nielsen Online and LRW exec Allan Dib as Managing Director.
Founded in 2003, Pollinate uses a range of services - including brand strategy, ideation and innovation, stakeholder engagement and customer experience consultancy - to help clients make the changes needed to grow their businesses. Dib (pictured) joins in Melbourne with more than 25 years' MR experience. Most recently, he worked at public relations agency PPR as Director of Planning and Strategy for Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this, he held jobs in the US and UK including MD - Insights and Strategy at the W20 Group; MSL Group as SVP: Research, Insights, Planning & Analytics; MediaCom as Head of Insights - USA; LRW as Business Development General Manager; and GfK as SVP - Consulting (North America). Before this in Australia, he worked for Nielsen Online.
In his new position, Dib is charged with providing counsel to Melbourne clients and developing new business opportunities in the market.
