Decidedly Names Innovation Team Head

In London, insight and innovation consultancy Decidedly (formerly known as FreshMinds) has appointed Adrian Wong as Director of Innovation.

Decidedly combines insight, innovation and technology to help clients get closer to their consumers. Wong (pictured) most recently co-founded Ladle, a behaviour change app to improve patient eating and exercise habits. Before this he was a Principal Consultant at innovation consulting firm Inzenka; Head of Operations Strategy at Guardian News & Media; and Engagement Manager in Ernst & Young's Customer Advisory practice, focusing on customer strategy, customer experience and developing new value propositions.
