Shopper intelligence and personalization firm Catalina has partnered with digital tech services company GlobalLogic to accelerate the development and delivery of new data-driven products and digital solutions.Catalina offers targeted, personalized digital media to drive, track and measure sales lift for CPG retailers and brands, while providing access to an extensive shopper database. GlobalLogic designs and builds products, platforms, and digital experiences through its design, engineering and vertical industry expertise. The new partnership will be led by Michael Bailey (pictured), Catalina's CTO; alongside Chief Product Officer Kevin Hunter and Chief Data & Analytics Officer Wes Chaar; who are tasked with expanding the company's product portfolio, focusing on those offerings that show the 'greatest promise'.
Catalina CEO Jerry Sokol says the deal is part of the 'significant investments' his firm is making in disruptive technologies, using advanced analytics and data science to develop new products and solutions. Commenting on the news, Bailey adds: 'There are many exciting ideas and concepts in various stages of development at Catalina, and our partnership with GlobalLogic will enable us to streamline the pathway to commercialization for those that provide the greatest benefit to our customers'.
