Potomac, Maryland-based Full Circle Research has appointed Olivia Trujillo to lead its expansion into California, in the role of Business Unit Leader.
The company was set up in 2013 by research veterans Adam Weinstein and Nathan Lynch, and offers a proprietary quality approach called 'HoNoR' (Holistic Next-level Research), combining technology, community strategies and quality controls. The firm says it is the first and only US-based, online consumer sample provider to earn ISO 26362 certification.
Trujillo (pictured) joins after a decade at Research Now / e-Rewards, latterly as Senior Project Manager of consumer and B2B studies worldwide. Previously, at Kantar Operations, she was a Data Analyst for national test studies. In her new role, Trujillo will be based in Los Angeles, extending the firm's West Coast footprint (with an office already in Oregon) and joining existing offices in the Greater Metropolitan Washington DC Area, Connecticut and Texas.
Commenting on the appointment, Operations Director Todd Neff said: 'Hiring Olivia is an integral part of our long-term, infrastructure growth strategy. Her experience and passion for research matches perfectly with our model of only hiring the best, brightest and most experienced talent in the industry. Olivia will anchor our West Coast operational hub allowing us to provide the type of consultative, experienced project execution our clients deserve'.
