Marcoms group Dentsu Aegis Network has acquired full-service B2B marketing agency Digital Pi, which it will add to its data-driven performance marketing agency, Merkle. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Founded in 2013 and based in Dallas, Texas, Digital Pi employs marketing automation and related technologies to bring together marketing strategy, processes, data and applications and help companies get the most value from their investment in Marketo Engage and integrated technologies.
