US advertising agency Ten United has formed a Behavioral Insights Group and appointed researcher David Grzelak to lead it as Director of Ethnography.
The group will work with all Ten United's clients to help them gain deeper understanding of their respective target markets.
Grzelak was previously Marketing Research Manager at Hallmark, and has consulted for clients including Daimler Chrysler, Whirlpool, and Seiko/Epson.
