Los Angeles based Interviewing Service of America (ISA) has appointed Peter Cole as Manager of Customer Satisfaction and IVR Services.
Prior to joining ISA, Cole managed the Seattle office of Telesage. He will open ISA's newest account service office in Seattle where he will oversee and develop new IVR and Customer Satisfaction business opportunities.
