JD Power and Corporate Insight in Healthcare Data Deal

In the US, data analytics and consumer intelligence specialist JD Power and healthcare sector digital experience researcher Corporate Insight have partnered, to help health insurers enhance the member experience across web and mobile.

The firms say that by combining their capabilities, healthcare clients will be able to assess member sentiment and develop investment roadmaps, as the pandemic continues to transform the healthcare experience.
