In the UK, full-service agency Vision One has promoted Alex Brown to the role of Director of Insights, with responsibility for the recently expanded Insights team and with a seat on the Board.
Founded in 1999 by Tony Lewis and Jas Gidda and with bases in London, Liverpool and Birmingham, Vision One has its own specialist fieldwork services, offering face-to-face and telephone research; and is the parent of consumer agency Heawood Research.
Brown (pictured) joined the firm in 2012 as an RE, and most recently served as Head of Operations, having earlier been Client Success Manager. In his new Board Director-level role, he is tasked with helping build the firm's reputation with clients and the industry.
Commenting on the promotion, Lewis said: 'I am delighted that Alex has been appointed to the Board as Director of Insights. His previous accomplishments and change management expertise will be vital to us, ensuring we continue to evolve and deliver exceptional projects for our clients'.
