LiveRamp Revenue Up 12%

February 7 2025

In San Francisco, data collaboration platform LiveRamp has announced results for its fiscal 2025 third quarter ended December 31st, with revenue up 12% to $195m, and non-GAAP operating income up 24% to $45m.

Scott HoweLiveRamp is led by CEO Scott Howe (pictured), and helps client companies and their partners connect, control and make use of data to improve customer experience and drive business outcomes. The firm offers solutions for data onboarding, cookieless identity, integrations with major tools and platforms and a clean room network for privacy-compliant data sharing. It partnered with Environics Analytics last Spring, Nielsen in June and Kantar in November.

In the quarter, subscription revenue rose 10% to $146m, while Marketplace & Other revenue rose 20% to $50m - both slightly down on the previous quarter's growth but still impressive. 'We posted a strong quarter' says Howe, 'with revenue and operating income exceeding our expectations, and revenue growing at a double-digit rate for the fourth consecutive quarter. Our sales momentum improved appreciably in the third quarter as our Data Collaboration Platform and clean room solution are resonating with customers'.

The firm is forecasting revenue of between $741m and $743m for the full year, with non-GAAP operating income of $135m.
