B2B engagement solutions firm Advantage Group International has partnered with 'instant insights' analytics platform Kapiche to launch AQAI, an AI-based feature helping clients to make better use of qualitative feedback from their business partners.
Advantage Group was established in 1989 and is headquartered in Canada. The firm helps suppliers and retail partners work together by means of data, feedback and strategy consulting.
The new tool processes feedback collected via AGI's signature product, Advantage Report, providing in-depth analysis of verbatims. Integrated within Advantage Report and available to all the latter's users, AQAI offers a suite of specialized reports including Trends Over Time, Custom Deep Dive Analysis, Competitor Analysis, and 'Best-In-Class Analysis' which specifically benchmarks against industry leaders.
