SurveyMonkey Adds PayPal Integration

Online surveys and forms company SurveyMonkey has announced a new integration with PayPal, allowing users to collect payments for anything from freelance services to event registration fees or charity donations.

Available free on the firm's paid plans including Advantage, Premier and Enterprise, the integration aims to help small businesses and nonprofits enhance their customer experience with a seamless system, boosting 'trust, security, speed and the ease of collecting and making payments'. The firms say adding payments with PayPal to a form is as easy as adding a question, while transaction data is encrypted and price points customisable. Currencies available at this point are USD, GBP, EUR, JPY, CAD, AUD, NZD, HKD, CHF, NOK, SEK and SGD.
