In Cincinnati, research and training firm Burke, Inc. has announced the promotion of Sandip Narang to Senior Vice President, Head of Client Services, after nearly a quarter of a century at the company. He succeeds John Thomas, who is retiring from the company this coming Friday after fifteen years.

Burke was founded in 1931, is 100% employee-owned, and combines customer services in decision science, insights and innovation with education for marketing research and consumer insights roles via its Burke Institute subsidiary. The company acquired innovation and growth acceleration specialist Seed Strategy ten years ago, adding expertise in new product innovation and strategic brand development.
Narang joined in 2000 as a Group Manager in the Strategic Insights & Analytics group, and soon moved across to Client Services where he worked in sectors including technology, restaurants, retail, media and CPG. In 2018 he became SVP, Client Services Management, leading a team of account executives in fostering and maintaining partnerships with both client and internal teams.
Before joining the company Narang worked for Horizon Research International in Louisville, Kentucky. He holds an MBA from the University of Louisville, a graduate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from OSHM (India), and an undergraduate degree in Commerce (Business/Accounting) from SRCC, University of Delhi.
In his new role he will oversee Burke's Client Services function, stepping into the shoes of Thomas who comments: 'Sandip's extensive background in strategy and insights, combined with his ability to anticipate and respond to clients' evolving needs, will be invaluable in his new role...
