Former Procter & Gamble and CVS Health researcher Carolyn Greek has joined off-price retailer The TJX Companies - the parent of T.J. Maxx and T.K. Maxx - in the role of AVP Consumer Insights.
Greek (pictured) began her MR career on the agency side with spells at Ipsos ASI and AC Nielsen BASES prior to joining P&G in 2005. She stayed nearly nine years at the consumer goods giant rising from Associate Manager to Senior Manager CMK (Consumer and Market Knowledge). In 2015 she joined health solutions company CVS as Senior Manager, Front Store Research and by April 2022 was Lead Director of CX at its Aetna subsidiary.
TJX has more than 5,000 stores in nine countries, with brands including Marshalls, HomeGoods and HomeSense, in addition to T.J. Maxx and its European equivalent T.K.Maxx.
