In San Francisco, marketing and personalization platform Hightouch has appointed Lindsay McEwan as General Manager of EMEA, driving its expansion across Europe and the roll-out of its new enterprise-level AI Decisioning offer.Hightouch helps client companies activate data warehouses to deliver personalized customer experiences, optimize performance marketing (including automated A/B testing), and make use of data and AI across their organization. In addition to its original Composable CDP product, the company now offers an AI Decisioning product which allows marketers to simply identify a business goal and then let AI agents deliver 'the optimal 1:1 marketing experiences that will achieve it'. In January, it partnered with Databricks to develop a self-service audience management and measurement platform, and last month it announced $80m in series C funding, valuing the company at $1.2bn and earmarked for engineering, product and go-to-market functions hires as well as accelerated software development.
McEwan brings more than twenty years' experience in customer data, AI-driven marketing and enterprise SaaS, with key roles at TIBCO and Oracle, working on foundational technologies that laid the groundwork for modern Customer Data Platforms (CDPs). He also spent a decade at Tealium and most recently was Chief Revenue Officer at Imagino, reinforcing his expertise in customer data platforms including Hightouch.
