Des Moines, Iowa-based agency Quester, which combines expertise in brand building, innovation and consumer experience, has appointed Dr. Eric Solomon as Head of Brand Consulting.Quester's moderators plan discussions which are then launched to huge samples and conducted by artificial intelligence, returning to human researchers for skilled analysis and interpretation. Its brand-building methodology DRIVE aims to put 'real people and their love and emotional connection to brands at the heart of the creation process'.
Solomon's 25 years of experience has combined psychology, technology, culture and business. He earned a master's degree and a PhD in cognitive psychology prior to leading research and strategy for two creative agencies, and subsequently led global strategy for major brands including YouTube, Spotify and Instagram. In 2019 he founded his own independent consulting practice called The Human OS, which helps organizations to align their actions with their vision, values, mission and positioning, aiming to make the two 'inseparable'.
Quester President Tim Hoskins says of the hire: 'We have helped some of the world's largest and most beloved brands build successful brand strategies from our proprietary consumer narrative frameworks. With the addition of Eric, we are elevating and expanding our brand consulting practice through his brilliance, creativity and in-depth experience to drive business impact for our clients'.
