Communities-based insights consultancy Human8 has appointed Asha Pope as People & Culture Director for its US operations.

Human8 was known previously as InSites Consulting and has vast experience in the use of insight communities, backed up by other research tech including AI-based innovation techniques. Its c.700 people are spread across 22 offices, after making nine acquisitions in the last six years: Direction First, Columinate, eÿeka, Join the Dots, ABN Impact, Answer, Space Doctors, Gongos and Happy Thinking People. Already this year the firm has appointed former Walmart, Kantar and GfK researcher Niels Neudecker as MD for the US, and Alex Creed as Head of Business Development, US & Global Practice Lead.
Pope brings a decade of experience in human resources and organizational development, including the design and implementation of performance management frameworks and the launch of leadership development programs. She worked most recently for three years in senior people roles at cannabis commerce software company Dutchie, and before that three years as People & Culture Business Partner at small business funding solutions firm Rapid Finance. She holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and is currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
In her new role, she will focus on driving engagement and culture-building initiatives across Human8's US teams, taking responsibility for workforce planning, career frameworks and talent reviews.
